No. Tasks are only one part of Arizal. Your daily work stays connected to goals, habits, focus sessions and a weekly Review, so every item has a reason behind it.

02Do I have to set everything up at once?+

No. Start with Today and one goal. Add habits, trackers, focus tools, and integrations only when they make your system more useful.

03Do I need an AI assistant?+

Not at all. Voice capture, planning, goals, habits, Today, and Review work on their own. AI connections are optional shortcuts for people who already use assistants like Claude or ChatGPT.

04Can I use Arizal on my phone?+
